LOOK WIDER
Look Wider is a scheme that involves all the members of the Senior Section. It is a framework, not a specific syllabus that you must stick to. You decide what you want to do. It is a personal challenge. It’s about identifying your goals – and realising them.
Contact your Young leader Guider for details.

4
It’s moving ‘4wards’ from the previous peer education projects, providing personal development ‘4 self’, and training and ideas ‘4 others’.. 4 was created and is run by a group of Senior Section members, who are involved in running the trainings, writing the training materials and planning what happens next! Peer education is about learning from each other – similar people sharing knowledge and information with one another. In the Girlguiding UK context, a peer is a person who is the same age, or belongs to or works with the same section, or who has a similar guiding role to you.
There are many different ways that you can get involved with 4 – it depends on what you already know about peer education or how much time that you’ve got to give.
